I’m the person who notices what’s missing in a workflow: the brief with no specs, the handoff with no checklist, the process that only lives in one person’s head. I find those gaps early and fill them before they slow the team down.
That usually means building what teams have been living without: clear documentation, naming conventions, QA standards, and a shared file system where anyone can find the latest asset in seconds. It’s the part of design nobody sees, and it’s the part I enjoy most.

She has an amazing eye for detail and is extremely efficient with bigger picture workflow tasks such as delegating, coordinating project schedules, and striking a good balance between communicating enough to ensure everyone is on the same page but not overdoing meetings and check-ins.
