Rover User Retention UX Project

Objective

Rover, one of the world's largest pet care companies, asked our capstone team to find ways to build more trust between pet owners and the walkers they book.

What I did

Over 10 weeks, I worked as a UI designer and user researcher on a team of five. We sketched concepts, built lo-fi prototypes, and presented our solutions to Rover's UX Director. I personally designed the walker matching, walker profile, and ratings and reviews screens.
